The Tyneside Bike Ride 2013 takes place on Sunday 14th July, departing the Cycle Hub. The charity ride is completed on behalf of the Stroke Association, so it’s a great chance to get on your bike a raise a few quid for a fantastic charity!
Whether you ride with friends, family, a group from the office or on your own, the Tyneside Bike Ride is a great day out for a great cause!
Depending on your level of ability, you can choose from either 10, 20 or 50 mile routes all starting / finishing at the Cycle Hub. Join us after your ride for live music and a BBQ. There will be a staggered start from 9am for the 50 mile riders, 10am for the 20 mile riders, and 10.30am for the 10 mile event.

Adult entry – £10 (sign up here)

Family entry – £20 – maximum of 2 adults and 3 children (sign up here)
The charity ask that you raise a minimum of £50 sponsorship for adults, £15 for children, and £120 for a family to support stroke survivors and their families. On the day you will automatically get – a route map, a t-shirt, a medal, and a certificate to mark your achievement
