They will be led by a Newcastle-based instructor and former international athlete/Hub regular Celia Bryant. She’s offering a 20% discount for one-on-one yoga sessions (usual price £25 for a one hour class) for all Saddle Skedaddle / Cycle Hub lovers if booked before the end of May 2013.
Celia specialises in helping cyclists and other athletes to maximise their potential along with injury prevention and rehabilitation. Yoga is the perfect cross training for cyclists – helping you stretch out tightened and tired muscles as well as improving balance and core strength.
