Bike Hire at The Cycle Hub

We have a full range of  brand spanking Roam 2 bikes from Giant. These are available for hire from half a day upwards.

These hybrid bikes (not quite a mountain bike, but not quite a road bike either) were chosen so as to provide the most flexibility.

So, whether heading out on the Hadrian Cycleway or C2C or setting your sights on the Tyne Valley or heading to the coast and Tynemouth they are just the job.

Strong and reliable they have an aluminium frame with fast rolling 700c wheels, comfy saddle and usually come with adjustable stems…after all we are all different shapes and sizes!!

With each bike we provide a cycle helmet, a spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and tyre levers (so no borrowing a spoon from the cafe!!), multi-tool, pump and a pannier rack too. Pannier bags are available for hire on request, should you be heading further afield.

We also have a child trailer, child seat and a tag-along’s that are available to hire! (prices are listed below)
